Phil has always had a fascination with Portugal, since travelling as a child to the Algarve. Some eighteen years ago he bought an old farm house near Vila de Rei, which he has been completely renovated. Five years ago Phil, his wife and their Irish Setter (Chester), made the plunge to up sticks and move to Portugal. His background is in sales and customer service with a cross over in to the construction markets.
